About The Experience

We will send you all the dry ingredients – including truffle carpaccio, truffle salt, and risotto rice packed with sliced truffle, plus the ingredients to make a delicious cocktail or mocktail.

This class is approximately 90 minutes, but due to the live nature of the events can take longer. You will be able to interact with the chefs in this class and will be taught by Truffle Shuffle founders Tyler, Jason, and Sarah. The founders all met while working together at The French Laundry. Note that for every kit we sell we donate enough food for a meal to a family in need.

Risotto, often described as rice suspended in sauce, is a dreamy cloud-like dish that is both decadent and light at the same time.

This Experience includes all the dry ingredients for two generous portions.  

Black Truffle Carpaccio — the finest Black Truffles from Europe! Sliced and preserved in premium Italian Olive Oil.  

Carnaroli Rice — Carnaroli is an Italian medium-grained rice grown in the Pavia, Novara and Vercelli provinces of northern Italy. Carnaroli is used for making risotto because it keeps its shape better than other forms of rice during the slow cooking process. Carnaroli is the most widely used rice in Italian cuisine and is highly prized.  

Balinese Truffle Salt — our Truffle Salt is made from single-source, family-farmed sea salt from Bali.
