Call for Digital Poster Abstracts – DOCSF 2025
We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 DOCSF Abstract Competition is now co-sponsored by the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation (OREF), the leading private foundation funding musculoskeletal research for early and mid-stage investigators. This collaboration reflects our shared mission to accelerate innovation in musculoskeletal care. To recognize excellence, we’re awarding cash prizes to the top three posters.
DOCSF (Digital Orthopaedics Conference San Francisco) 2025 invites submissions for digital poster presentations featuring innovative, unpublished & published work in digital technologies and AI applications in orthopaedics.
We are seeking contributions from residents, surgeons, and researchers who are shaping the future of orthopaedic care through high-impact innovation.
Key Details:
- Format: One-slide digital poster (PowerPoint) presented on screens at DOCSF.
- Interactivity: Dedicated times will allow presenters to stand by their display to discuss their work with attendees.
- Content: Work must be unpublished, original, and relevant to DOCSF 2025 themes.
- Guidance: We recommend watching this short video on designing effective, modern research posters.
Submission Process:
- Submit an abstract using the DOCSF template shown here.
- If selected, you will be asked to submit a final one-slide PPT by September 26, 2025.
Important Dates:
- Abstract Submission Deadline: September 5, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: September 18, 2025
- Digital Poster Slide Due: September 26, 2025
- Conference presentation: October 3, 2025
